Local businesses are finding new ways to keep the doors open, and the owners of Madhatter Roastery, Josh and Katrina Borrows, are no exception. After returning from a trip to Bali they were greeted with a rapidly changing business environment due to the onset of Covid-19. Josh and Katrina were quickly able to pivot and developed a website in just three days in order to continue providing their products and services to their clientele.
Knowing they had to pivot, but still wanting to carry on offering a sense of community and connection, they took their unique approach to local coffee culture to their website. Check out their story below in their own words on why and how they accomplished this task.
